Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cooling-off: You may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided
You have accessed less than 20% of content or participated in fewer than two live sessions. Cancellations after 7 days or exceeding usage are non-refundable. Refund requests must be directed in writing to support. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original method of payment. We reserve discretion to grant exceptions for medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances, as documented.
